(i)
Signing of Private Freight Terminal Agreement

 

The Private Freight Terminal Agreement will be signed after the construction of the Private Freight Terminal, but before commissioning.

 

Activities to be performed by the Terminal Management Company for signing of Private Freight Terminal Agreement.

 

On completion of construction of the Private Freight Terminal with all facilities envisaged in the approved DPR, the Terminal Management Company shall submit the following documents in the office of Chief Commercial Manager.

 

i.Copy of Land licensing Agreement executed with Engineering Department.

ii.Notarized copy of Power of Attorney in the name of authorized signatory.

iii.Seven copies of approved Agreement plan.

iv.Two numbers of Non- Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- each and 120 numbers of catridge papers.

All expenses in drawing up the agreement and the cost of stamping and registration shall be borne by the Terminal Management Company.

Notification of Private Freight Terminal

Activities to be performed by the Terminal Management Company for notification of Private Freight Terminal

After execution of agreement, the Terminal Management Company shall submit the following documents in the office of Chief Commercial Manager.

1.Installation, Calibration and certification of Electronics In-Motion Weigh Bridge.

2.Track Fit Certificate issued by the civil engineering department of the division.

3.OHE fit certificate issued by the Electrical Engineering Department of the division for the Private Freight Terminal located in Electrified territories.

4.Certificate of fitness issued by divisional Mechanical Engineering department for bulk handling system in the Private Freight Terminal.

5.Payment of codal charges certified by the civil engineering department.

Activities involved by Railway

On receipt of all the above from the Terminal Management Company, Engineering distance of the Private Freight Terminal from the serving station, System of working and feasibility report on through distance basis charging from the division, notification for opening of Private Freight Terminal will be issued by the Chief Commercial Manager (Freight Services).
