Proposal received from the party is examined in the Division. After due examination, initial finance concurrence and approval of DRM is obtained. Later, the proposal is forward to headquarters for finance concurrence and sanction of General Manager. The proposal after receipt in headquarters is examined by thePHODs Committee.On recommendation of this committee, General Manager’s sanction is obtained. Sanction is then communicated to the party for further course of action.
