To mark the Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi several programmes were organised at East Coast Railway’s HQ Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, today. Principal Heads of the Departments, Senior Officials and Staff of ECoR led by Shri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, General Manager (I/C) paid floral tributes o­n the photograph of Mahatma Gandhi.

 

Later, all the ECoR officials participated in the Prabhat Pheri and plantation drive. o­n this occasion a Nukkad Natak was performed to raise awareness about the importance of cleanliness.

 
East Coast Railway has organized Swachhata Pakhwada from 16th Sep. to 30th Sept'2022 with great enthusiasm and spontaneous participation by all Railwaymen in every field. During the observance of Swachhata Pakhwada ECoR, various competitions like drawing, painting, essay writing, etc. were organised amongst the ward of the railway employees. o­n the occasion of the closing of the Pakhwada, the General Manager (I/C) awarded the winners of these competitions with certificates and trophies.

 

Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer Shri R. Rajgopal co-ordinated the programme. All the Principal Heads of the Departments, Senior officials and staff were present o­n this occasion.
