Due to pandemic COVID-19 this year, Swachhta Pledge was taken online. Webinars, Quiz Competition were also conducted online. Digital and Audio systems were used for raising awareness on Swachhta among various Stake holders.

Emphasis was given to improve toilet cleanliness including Divyang toilets at stations & coaches for ensuring hygienic environment at Railway Stations & Trains. Special attention was paid to discourage people from using single-use plastic and educate them about the disastrous effects of plastic pollution.
