A Zonal Railway Users Consultative Committee (ZRUCC) is functioning to give suggestion at Zonal Level. Similarly Divisional Railway users Consultative committee (DRUCC) at Khurda Road, Waltair & Sambalpur is functioning to give suggestion at Divisional Level.

Formal and Informal Consultative Committee of Hon�bleMPs (constituted by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs) visits hold discussions internally. Its meetings and the minutes therefore not open / accessible to public.

East Coast Railway has not under taken any specific subsidyprogramme
