VARIOUS ORGANISATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS MET HON’BLE MINISTER OF RAILWAYS:

Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu was handed over a number of public demands from Various Associations, Organisations and individuals. Hon’ble Minister of Railways took all the demands from the various organisations and promised to examine each of the demands in detail.

Hon’ble MLA, Jharsuguda Shri Naba Kishore Das met Hon’ble Railway Minister and requested for early resolution of issues pertaining to Road Over Bridge at Jharsuguda. He advised for convening a Joint Co-ordination meeting with Dist. Admn & Railways t

o sort out the issues.

Hon’ble Minister received representations from people of Badmal & Parjang regarding their local demands. Representatives of Cuttack malgodown association also met the Hon’ble Railway Minister with their demands.

Local leaders represented regarding initiating of work from Bimlagarh side on the Talcher-Bimlagarh Rail line. This was agreed to by the Hon’ble Railway Minister, who also advised East Coast Railway to take up the issue of land acquisition regarding the projects with State Government on top priority basis.

Some demands came up regarding stoppage and naming of trains.
